5. Sanding
Surfaces are prepared to achieve the agreed level of smoothness before finishing.
6. Finishing
The specified finish is applied according to the approved order requirement.
7. Final Inspection & Packing
Finished products are checked before packing and export preparation.
QUALITY CONTROL
Quality-control checks can cover dimensions, construction, stability, surface, finishing and function. For bulk orders, production consistency is reviewed against the agreed drawing, specification or approved sample. Final inspection is completed before packing and shipment preparation.
